FIGHTBACK is a reality-based self-defence program delivered in two-hour workshops:
Level 1 - defensive techniques
Level 2 - attack scenarios and responses
Throughout the program, personal protection strategies and skills are introduced and practised, including pre-fight and post-fight considerations.
