The Australian Martial Arts Research Network is a progressive Martial Art with time-honoured values. The technical foundations derive from twenty five years of active study into Kempo, Karate, Thai Boxing, Ju Jitsu and more recently, Amok Edged Weapons Solutions. Today's media constantly reminds us of the need for an effective method of self defence. BKK's primary focus is to utilise realistic martial arts techniques and strategies that provide Men, Women & Children with the appropriate harm minimisation and conflict resolution skills to deal with situations that call for immediate and effective action. In an atmosphere of discipline and respect, the Boomers group (ages 6 -11) Anti -Bully Class is designed to make kids martial arts enjoyable and good fun. The fact that they are practicing essential life skills often goes unnoticed. Unlike most traditional systems, the BKK course outline is structured to provide Females with a unique system of combat that attaches importance to strategy over strength. Self Defence is not sport. There are no equal match up's and no referee. Training the mind & body should be attuned to this harsh reality! That reality is reflected in the BKK female training program.
